Run Run Night Run in Small City 2012

This is the first time i've joined for night run in Putrajaya. Certainly i keep continue to run for 10km until end of this year. Next year I hope I can join for 21km half marathon if I can beat 60 minutes for on next run PBIM (Penang Bridge International Marathon) non next month. Hopefully my stamina and strength will be improved and better.

Putrajaya night run is big event, which every year will be hold and a lot of participants are limited to join for each categories. 10km category is limited 3,500 people. However, this is much better than last Nike run event, over limited and never control the situation till I couldn’t run comfortably. (==) 

This time I’ve run and finished 10.45km for 80 minutes. It was getting better than previous run and I will be continued to train to hit the target that I want! +U+U Ganbatte! P(^O^)q

Run Run Nike Run 10K 2012

This is first time I joined Nike run which it only run for 10km. The purposed they created was mainly for youngest from schools student. Honestly it was totally too pack during run and I've been push away few time when I was running. The worst part is when I reached the finish line, I've been squeeze inside as the front of people was crowded till couldn't move at all. I was almost fainted. (X.x)

However, their finisher t-shirt was so cool instead of medal. Besides got party and some singers and dancers to perform. Anyway, it would be my last join for Nike run. No more next time. (==)
